Never used more than 2GB of swap in two years.
The rule saying you should have twice as much swap as RAM is silly nowadays.

What is the best non-Firefox browser, /g/?
Been using IE 11, and it's fast AF and super safe, but it is (yet again) falling behind Chrome in features.
Firefox sucks mega ass, though, so do NOT recommend anything by Mozilla.
Should I just start switching to Chrome? Or what about Edge? I NEED a couple add-ons for Edge, but I haven't heard jack shit about when MS is ACTUALLY going to open up the platform...

What's /g/ opinion to 4k screens in laptops. My opinion is that it's kind of useless. It's a tiny screen that doesn't need that sort of pixel density.

Why dont you use a 800x480 phone or tablet then?
1080p looks great on a smartphone screen. 4 smartphone screens mashed together would be about the same size, maybe smaller, than a laptop screen.
So I dont see why 4k on a laptop screen would be kind of useless. I've used 20" 4k displays and they look fucking incredible, but still dont match the pixel density of a good phone screen.
