What's in your tech/computer toolbox
I've got sockets, impacts saws and all that, but I don't bring them with me to fix a computer.
>>54651467
If you've got more than 32GB that you need me to save I'm taking your computer with me. I'm not sitting around in your smelly office waiting for 300GB of cat pics to copy over.
Looking for a good Laptop that I can install GNU/Linux on and enjoy media from my top bunk.
If it can play some games that is a plus.
>inb4 Thinkpad
>inb4 Macbook
>inb4 1366 x 768
You can get an xps13 for ~$1000.
Read the sticky and fuck off

Don't call it GNU/Linux, it gives that fat sham Stallman too much credit. He should thank Linus that he used his work, instead of trying to show-horn his way into his achievements.
Stallman is a fat fraud who would have drowned in obscurity if it wasn't for Linus.
thanks for saving the Internet again, Jon
Vivaldi is the patrician's choice
>slow as shit
>closed source

>>54651097
Is it really closed-source: https://vivaldi.com/source/ ?
>>54651180
>tarball from months ago that's just a copy of the chromium source with binary blobs of vivaldi modifications
This is why it's important to actually read through source code kids

i remember there being an ad for an rc car that you could fuel by putting like tomato juice or water in, and it would just run on anything you put in depending on the calories. but whenever i google search it i cant find anything. does anyone remember it? it looked kind of like the picture shown, but it had a big plastic resivor for holding water and food
there was a comercial for it that showed kids pouring diffirent drinks and things into it and watching it drive farther based off what they gave it

Are you on drugs or something?
>>54650692
This, top fucking kek.
Is there still any good buying/using used tech, like speakers, amps, old pc's & shit. I know devices with batteries are most likely screwed. Just wonder if there is any actual life expectancy for buying shit like this.
It's good to use because it lasts forever. And older electronics stuff like that are shit easy to fix
>>54650502
I have a pair of speakers very similar to OP's pic. Pretty solid stuff, the sound probably isn't as rich as some of the new stuff but I'm not complaining.
>>54650823
I know amps and speakers(that are treated well) can last a long time.
I had a Sony amp from 2000 that had a messed up potentiometer. If I found out how to fix it would be fine. Someone recommended wd40,lolno. I keep passing up nice floorstanding speakers in used furniture stores though.
