>"Sony May 19, has announced it will release a display unit of the new system using its own high-quality display technology as a light source a fine LED element "CLEDIS" (translated from http://www.itmedia.co.jp/news/articles/1605/19/news121.html)
I wonder if this (inorganic LED) was behind Samsungs decision to ditch large scale OLED, the announcment were like weeks apart

People love buzzwords.
How the fuck did they fuck it up again?
Do they even test their updates? Fucking chink phones have better QA going on.

I'm thinking about building a desk case. The main structure will be out of wood. Will probably get a carpenter to build the main structure out of a nice finished wood and it will be about 2.8m wide.
Any tips/advice?
yeah I built my own. What do you want to know? I made a large square in the middle of it for the components and covered it with glass so you can see in

Is a one pass zero wipe really enough to take secrets to their grave?
Is pic related the only option
Will you ever have an experience in which any of this repetitive hypothetical questioning will be useful?
Just do a 3 pass. Takes about 12 hours.

>Is a one pass zero wipe really enough to take secrets to their grave?
Some people say it isn't. But I can't imagine its an easy process.
I don't think they could be bothered even for kiddy porn suspects. Only for terrorists.
Any Win9x emulator (especially for Linux)?
I tried VirtualBox, but it doesn't support fullscreen stretched over all screen.
DOSBox is good for DOS but for Win9x is too slow.

Why not just use wine?
>>54670980
Well, I'll think about it but I still need some solution for Win8.

If you don't mind non-free software, you could try vmware
My sata controller is dead. Both the dvd and the HD do not show up in the bios. All 4 sata connectors do not work. Tried with a new cable. Since it is integrated do I get a new computer or can I get a sata board? Is there any other possible explanation or solution?

PCI/pcie sata is cheap though. Why needed whole brand new PC?
>Use a scanner non stop at work for 10 hours of screen on time with half battery
Lasts until my shift is done
>Leave phone on standby during that period

Interesting thread.
>>54670548
Why can commercial scanners last so much longer?
>>54670466
I leave my phone on standby for 10 hrs and get 96% battery capacity remaining. You just need to change your settings, dude.
Anyone else gotten popups when browsing 4chan lately? I have gotten two the last week or so, one took me to another site, and just 10 minutes ago i got this bullshit pic related

Why the fuck would any westerner learn to program in 2016 when every entry level job requires a B.S. and you're competing with thousands of pajeets who want 1/10th of your salary?
Programmers are seen as an "overhead expense" and not as a valuable asset, so they outsource them as much as possible.
Maybe your manager wants a little bonus?
>fire $150,000 a year senior project manager
>replace with $25000 pajeet
>get huge bonus for saving the company money
Nobody respects you or your experience, everyone thinks your salary is wasteful and wants nothing more than to take away your comfortable lifestyle.
Why do you even bother?
>>54670449
Maybe just for fun and because it's a useful skill?
Also outsourcing isn't quite so easy as you seem to think. Replacing a $150,000 project manager with a $25,000 pajeet will quickly lead your company into shit. How will he communicate with the team? How will you be able to be assured of his quality of work?
Actually skilled Pajeets also earn about the same anyways, so you'd basically be firing a highly valuable member of your team to hire some random guy.
I agree, it's extremely hard to get a technology-related job today. The jobs are either outsourced, or completely oversaturated and fiercely competed for here.
The funny thing is people thought these technology degrees would be "future proof" and "high demand".
