Why you faggots suggest the shitpad?
I've followed the meme and used one all through my college year and thanks to that shit I'm partially blind.
Fucking shit also lags on twotch amd can only get 30 fps in low in lol.
Fucking rather buy a macbook than a carbon now, I thought they would at least take care of their fucking screens but they are still cheating since they fail most of the color tests.

To bad there isn't any good RSS actively maintained left.
Wayland seems to mostly works fine with Open Source drivers, when will Nvidia make drivers for Wayland?
I want to abandon X soon as possible.

/g/ need a good basic cheap video camera
Needs enough detail to see faces from across a classroom, what do you recommend?
Also what do I need to know? i.e basics about video cameras
Just remember that you'll need something with a sturdy frame for when your victims fight back

These kids here can't provide input on something like this. They think tech is fucking linux..a fucking language. Actual technology hardware baffles most it seems.
I have a Sony Handycam..does good and was pretty cheap. looks exactly as that Vivitar in your pic. Just figure your budget out and go from there..you willonly have a few viable choices to pic from that meet your criteria.

My budget is around £20-40

How can I change my thermal paste in laptop if I cant take off radiator and there is old paste too?
Picrel
>>54706398
>>54706398
Use the screwdriver to release the CPU from the socket, take it off together with CPU and then use carton or plastic (preferably carton) to split the CPU die and the radiator. Then sand the radiator from the old paste and use carton again to slowly clean off the remains of the old thermal paste on the CPU die. Do not use anything sharp or metal - scratches will fuck up your CPU.
>>54707040
I cant use screwdriver because the screw from radiator is too small for me and I fucked this screw with bigger screwdriver ;-;
what is meme os of 2016?

hey /g/, I'm looking for a windows tablet 10" - 12" with the following specifications:
- Must have front facing speakers
- Must be full HD
- Budget: 400 EUR
Any recommendations?
Surface pro 3. The 2GB RAM/64GB internal + micro sd slot version is $400 on amazon.
Used surface pro 2 I5/128gb! U can snag them on amazon for around $350
They come with the Intel hd 4400 graphics gpu, I can play wow pretty damn good on it.
>>54706330
If you can get away with a 13" tablet, the Asus T300 is pretty decent. I'm not sure how much they go for now, but I think they were 500EUR new about 2 years ago.

Hey /g/, I'm looking for a new chromebook.
Requirements:
Must have an Intel processor (doesn't matter so much which one).
Must be receiving the Google Play Store update.
I would really like for this to have some kind of 3g/4g connectivity, because I have Project Fi and it does not cost me anything extra to have a data SIM.
Must have at least acceptable speakers. The last chromebook I had, an Asus c201p has ABYSMAL speakers. I had to use earbuds or I just could not hear anything. I used to have an Acer c720 and that thing had beastly speakers in comparison.
>>54706204
you have very specific requirements, why dont you go and research for yourself to find the one or two suitable laptops instead of asking strangers to do it for you
>>54706570
This. Just look up chromebooks fucktard

Post a timestamped photo of your degree within 20 minutes or you're a lying fag.
I'm at 0% success rate for people to post their degrees, so far. It would appear they fabricate these stories.
Why does /g/ believe ThinkPads are good? 2 weeks old and stopped booting, just get 3 green blinks from the power button. Rajeesh from support says motherboard needs replaced

IBM only era = godly
Lenovo only era = mediocre at best
>meanwhile my T42 celebrates its 12th birthday
>>54706048
>conveniently ignoring the fact that the T42 was so badly designed it caused the GPU to crack
>>54706048
This. The IBM era Thinkpads are great. They're quite durable, those shits will give you years worth of shitposting.
what's the fucking point of this thing? It can't even play a 4K youtube video without stuttering
I feel like you're just shitting on something you know nothing about.
I don't own a 5k iMac, I'm personally not a fan of macs, but I got to try one out at an Apple Store.
It's fast enough for daily things, it did well with photoshop, and it was able to do a 4K video just fine.
Stop ranting about macs just for the sake of ranting. You're just as bad as the autism level macfags.

Will someone help me for the love of god
No matter what I do, I can't install Moto G3's drivers so it can't connect to my PC.
It can connect to other computers so the phone itself is fine.
I've literally tried EVERYTHING, formatted, reset, feature packs, fucking EVERYTHING.
