Win7 is the new XP. You won't see business upgrade OS for a long time
>>54724186
You mean unless they're forced to?
>>54724214
Essentially yes. Until the OS becomes so old it becomes more of a monetary risk to keep the OS than to pay to roll out a new one.
Compiled some lists about CPUs. I gathered info from cpubenchmark.net. Enjoy.
Author notes:
- I had a lot of free time at work today.
- AMD better deliver this time or they'll go bankrupt.
- tfw when no gf
Where?
Starting with best buck for bang with a minimum of 1500 points in the single thread rating.
Only FX-9370 and FX-8370 made it into the top 40. Also what the fuck is that TDP. RIP AMD.
Should also rate them according to their ability to be used in a Hackintosh

>Are women better coders than men? When a study of 1.4 million GitHub users said yes, it made headlines across the web. The story was so popular that if you’ve Googled anything about women and code in the past month and a half, it probably filled up the entire first page of search results.
>“Female coders are rated more highly than men — except when people know they’re women,” crowed Quartz. “Female Coders are ‘More Competent than Males,’” claimed MIT Technology Review.

Mostly because only women are incompetent enough to use github as their git tool
>>54723621
> The study showed that, overall, code written by women on GitHub was accepted 78.6% of the time — 4% more often than code written by men. More strikingly, that effect only held as long as the coder’s gender identity was kept secret; when female coders did identify their gender, acceptance rates plummeted 16%
another shitty study with people who can't into correlation vs causation.
the shitty female coders who want attention are more likely to reveal their gender....

I kinda like all the other new features though. And I have no idea how I would go about changing it. My coding is pretty rusty.

There should be an appeal form there.
My phone screwed itself up several months ago already. At some point the home button didn't work anymore, it became slower and slower, the battery almost blew itself up and it went on like that.
Now there was a problem that my phone went off at like 10% with a cool tearing effect on the display. It teared so much that it lost the mobile connection, stopped working and went off for fucks sake. But I was too lazy to actually do anything about that. Now it's stuck in the bootloop, it boots until the Samsung logo and doesn't go further.

How is Category theory useful in programming?
>>54722991
no one actually programs here

It's mostly useful for toying around with the concept in its complete environment before you use some of it in productive multi-paradigm languages
It helps you in thinking on how to solve problems
