So, this semen demon is working for Google right now. How do you feel about that?
i feel like we had a fucking huge discussion about this back when it was news.
Those fucking mannerisms
holy shit
Indifferent.
How did Microsoft get away with such an obvious MacOs X ripoff?
Because apple ripped off a bunch of other things, they had no right to complain.

nice bait faggot

It's more of a KDE ripoff

>You can be paid almost $90000 to lead scrums
Where, in London? where you have to pay £6k for a train pass each year or extortionate rent prices?
>>54732813
So you are a certified scrummaster, I guess?
If not please get your certifications (for about 4000 $) as well as some practice within projects to show you're worth the investment for us.
I wanted to make a joke with "scum master" but I didn't figure a way to put it, so I'll just say :
>scum master kek

What is the best disposable email service?
10minutemail.com
why did you make this thread they all do the same shit who fucking cares
>>54732763
I'm more interested in a client that allows for permanent disposable emails that forward to a main email.
There are browser addons that do this but they seem kind of iffy.
I have this acer laptop, which officially has overheating issues, but it works for me, match all my mobility needs and after 5 years still works great
is packed with an i5 2540m and nvidia gt630m
is fine for low end mobility emergency gaming, but recently temperatures are so high...
with max fan cpu+gpu reach 90 degrees in game, which is the throttling temp I set inbios.
idle temp is 45c
I changed thermal paste 3 times trying two different brands and three different applications (more, less) and nothing helps.
now. it never heated so much before, I am sure...

That's not overheating, that's functioning as intended.
Get a cooling pad thing, they do work
>>54732674
There is a way that could solve it, but it's hard to pull of.
Don't laugh, it's water cooling.
Some guy on a random forum posted pictures that he soldered a U shaped pipe that was pretty thin to the bronze heat disposer rod. He had the ends coming out from the side of the laptop so he could could easily connect/disconnect it from the external stuff.
It didn't look ugly at all.
>>54732674
Use compressed air. Dust has built up inside. Put the nozzle in the air vent and blow that dust out.
Say you were to merge USB (3.0) and Ethernet (Cat 7).
Cat 7 needs 4 pairs of cables and a ground.
This pic (related) has 3 pairs. How would you create the last pair? Could you do it with the Bus and ground drain?
Also, why stop there? Let's merge display port and HDMI with USB as well.
Anyone want to chyme in?
>>54732633
Anyone know why the shell isn't considered a ground?
>>54732641
Yeah, theoretically you could make GND and GND Drain a 4th pair, and just make the shell the ground.
What you'd want though is to make USB 4.0 backwards compatible with old USB devices. So those old devices likely use the 4th pin as ground.
>>54732641
signal shield is connected to ground but should not be used to carry signal/provide a return path
Didn't see one, so here we go.
You went with the overmeme.
The clock looks great,
Icons look great.
But the clock and icons don't fit with each other.
I would try to make the icons something more liek the clock.
>>54732870
They used to match but since my wallpaper is mostly white I changed the clock temporarily.

>video game forums where I talked about porn and offended other users

Its fucked OP. Your best option is to sign up for more things under that handle and spew disinformation so it doesn't seem to link back to you. Also, tell whoever that you've lost access to that email and it needs to be changed.

You can't do anything truly comprehensive. History is history: "right to be forgotten" is honestly bollocks. But you can probably change the email on your college account, so make a new one under a completely new nym (or your real name if you wish for that, because professionalism), and do that. Delete or deactivate all the old accounts that you can.
Changing your Steam display name will mean there is a trail: I don't think you can actually change account name? If you don't have a lot of games and don't want to leave a trail, consider burning...

How do I find my public IP address through the command prompt in Windows/ Command line in Linux?
If I have to find my public (router) IP using an online "what's my IP" website, why can't I do this myself?
>>54732575
It's most reliable to just see directly what other machines see your IP as, since it's handled by your ISP as opposed to locally.
>>54732575
If you're not an ISP yourself, and you're behind a router, there's no way you control your IP. Any tool you can use "locally" will get your intranet addresses only. On the CLI you can `curl ifconfig.me' or similar - you have to go outside of your intranet.
It's not strictly necessary to query an external site if you can query your router. You router has the "public IP" assigned by ISP pretty much as you have (and you can locally check) the "local IP" assigned...

Your computer has a LAN IP address which the router serves or routes data to. Best case scenario your router has your WAN IP address, but sometimes it will instead be forwarding that task to a modem. If you're using some sort of wireless internet, then it's entirely beyond your network.
What text editor do you use, /g/?
A magnet with a mutlimeter
Vim. Putting aside any fanboyisms, it's a good skill to learn since it's found pre-installed on pretty much every half decent OS.
