Just had the shittiest workout. Kept failing warmup sets simply because my body wasn't responding...

yeah i get that when i train lowerbody with high frequency in volume phases.

the thing is the area should be rolled but its very hard to get the leverage to really get some weight on it since its on the side of your body, and the fact that it ties into your hipflexor makes it even more awkward to hit that to and can get a bit painful sometimes.

best way to that give me relieve/allow me to get in the volume anyway is standing against a wall with a lacrosse ball on the area, bonus point if you are at a pillar an can to side swings/knee raises witht he ball jammed into that area.
and onother one is to lay the area ontop of a kettlebell handle and just let your bw diffuse it, felt really good.

Either people have their knees already quite far in. For those people, knees only come in a tiny bit during ascent.

But people that push their knees far out always end up with their knees close to the same position as those guys that never have them far out to begin with.
