Start washing your hands ALL the time until you're in the clear. Clean your door handles etc as well. If your immune system is crap, you can keep re-infecting yourself if the virus mutates.
Just read up on hospital procedures for clean hands. After blowing nose, after patting animals, after being in contact with kids, after going to the toilet - no fucking duh, but people that don't wash their shit (when they are sick as well) use the door handles, you use them and then you've got all sorts of nasty crap on your hands.
Just be anal about if for a week or two and you'll stop getting sick.

Keep some detol around m8. Never ever touch things that you might put in your mouth without using it.
Pens, pencils, coffee mugs etc. Especially at the gym. Don't open your drink bottle with your fingers if it's a pop top. I don't know how many times I've gotten sick specifically from that.

I never get sick , like once every year and a half more or less.
I've had some kind of flu / cold for the Last two weeks and it is shit .
The only thing I have changed is that I have quit smoking and I started using a new brand of protien shake but I doubt that can make me sick.
Maybe you have Lymphoma, persistent illness is a strong symptom.

I show no signs of sickness aside from these cold cycles.
During the summer i had fatigue for a 3 weeks but it passed once i started working out properly.
