I've been on noporn once or twice and nofap+noporn once and the only time I had the major results which they say to expect from it is the time I went noporn+nofap together. I also did it for the time they suggest, about a year.

I looked into the neurochemistry of it and it all makes sense, so I think it's worth sticking with but I can understand shrinking testicles would put you off.

There's more than testosterone involved, though - there's also the effect of dopamine overload from too much self-stimulation whether it's visual (noporn) or tactile (nofap) and supposedly your receptors take 90 days to recover. I think doing it less might have the same effect as cutting it out entirely, though.

Fun fact: Nicotine is a powerful aromatase inhibitor. It's also a stimulant. This is why the jews had the prototypical feminist adopt smoking and then soon after tried banning it. Smoking anything is bad but finding good safe nicotine sources is easy. Nasal snuff (no menthol), organic-nicotine vaping (without propolyne glycol and only organic vegetable glycerin added), and nicotine gum (depends on the brand) is safe.

Purge excess estrogens

Calcium D-glucarate. This one is harder to get in foods but you can jewgle that for food sources. If you don't mind pills and tablets, find it in supplement form.

Begin building testosterone

Zinc and vitamin d3 a re your friends. They're essential. Zinc is heavily present in meats. Vitamin d3 comes from sunlight. Draw your own conclusions from there. Because you have blocked aromatase, your body will not convert testosterone (at least not heavily) into estrogen like it normally would. You will begin replacing that much needed testosterone and shed curves, weight, and so on.

The rest of the stuff mentioned here is for those who want to reduce the estrogen in their body. If you actually cheated, I think you may even need it more than me. You cant just only raise your test. You also need to decrease your estrogen, since most likely you are like the 70% of the population, and eat like crap, or eat processed foods that have hidden it inside.

So yea, its basically min maxing, minimizing the bad (estrogen), maximizing the good (test). If you want to cheat and inject stuff into yourself, at the very least dont let estrogen run rampant on your body.

Also, my second metric to determine if this works, is baldness, my prostate is cured, but the baldness thing may show itself to be cured as well in the longer run, since its also somewhat linked to xenoestrogens by some research.

But measuring how your mind changes is literally impossible, to do so from within your own mind. I car that goes as a certain speed and has no speedometer, will think that its maximum speed is always the same.

I reduced fap to once or twice a week, started lifting 3-4 times a week and take Nugenix supplement (got zink, and some testofen BS and other shit.. no idea what's in it).
