As far as I've understood, calories make you feel full, but empty calories are burnt through quickly and leave you hungry again quickly. Try eating fiber-rich food like oats and whole-grain bread (with stuff on top ofc), because fiber takes longer to break down and stays in your system longer, which makes you feel full longer.

But specifically being hungry when home is probably because you know you have food at home. It's a mental thing and everyone gets it. Knowing that there is something delicious withing reach makes you hungry. There's not much to do about it, you just have to learn to identify when you are actually hungry as opposed to when you just want food.

Went from 77 to 69 in 6 weeks with intermittent fasting and reduced carbs portions (77 to 71 in 4 weeks, but only 71 to 69 in the last two weeks because I had a lot of cheat days, because you know, I have a life). I surprisingly did not lose much strength

But seriously, consider eating normal amounts of food RIGHT afterwards. Like, "Yay, I got down to 130! Time to eat like a normal person now." You won't suddenly get fat, and if you work out enough, you'll put on muscle, not fat.

This last week I've gotten my cut back on track. I've ended up doing kind of an IF routine because I don't really like breakfast, so I've got some Yohimbine HCL for the fasting periods to hopefully lose some extra fat. We'll see if it helps.

as much as you want afaik, just make sure to eat more protein. i'm on a 1000 cal deficit but eating about 150-160g of protons a day and have barely lost any strength 6 weeks in, haven't lost any muscle but am looking bigger because less fat.
