Assuming you wake up around 6-8AM? You should workout and have a breakfast of oatz and greek yogurt in the first two hours of being awake, and throughout the day (until 4pm) you should eat meals emphasizing protein and non-processed carbs for sustainable energy, after 4pm you want protein and fat to aid in muscle growth/repair and you avoid carbs because you don't want insulin spikes, because you don't want to encourage fat retention and you're gonna wanna wind down for sleep.
