Couldn't find one in the catalog, so I'm starting it. Usually my gym is boring, but there were a ton of dumbasses for some reason yesterday.

Later when I went to squat, they were fucking curling in the squat rack. I thought that was just a /fit/ meme.

There was also some fucking retard that thought he was rocky or something

I havent been lifting for super long, is this actually a real routine that benefits someone?
