Just took a preworkout supplement for the first time in 4 years of lifting. Free sample came with muh WPC that I've buying for a few years.

Now I understand what you guys mean, jesus christ the focus and and energy difference is so much better.

I am not sure if I should buy it now, or just stay away? It feels too good to be true desu. What are the negatives of taking these?

i use it on the weekends, my schedule when i usually go lift it keeps me up all night. Kinda a once a month fun way to change up the workout

Hey OP,

Heres what I would recommend.
Find one with ingredients that you can get behind. The real good shit. Stay away with the ones with creatine monohydrate. You will find yourself getting cramps. Creatine hcl is what I like. Only take it on days when you feel like shit. Otherwise you get tolerant way too quickly. It can turn a day where you feel like a lazy shit, to one where you can hold back and break PRe.
