what does /fit/ eat on breakfast while on a cut? this is the hardest meal for me. either I overestimate my portion sizes or I get hungry too quickly which is hard for me (since I have to leave for work soon after)
>>
>>36479593
skip it
if you get hungry eat something high in protein and fat (cheese, sausage) and some whole-grain bread. i eat 100g of both of those things and thats like 500 kcal
>>
>>36479593
My every day breakfast while on a cut is:
2 oz of either chicken or tuna (50 cals either)
1 slice of 25 whole grain bread (60 cals/slice)
1 cup of unsweetened silk soy milk (80 cals)

and that's it, then sort of the same thing but double on lunch and back to same portions for dinner. and in between healthy fruits or vegies.

I try to have food in my stomach all the time, that way I prevent myself from feeling hunger and eating more times a day boost your metabolism.
I'm not telling you you do the same, but it worked for me and most people who've tried it.

Don't bother, embrace internment fasting.
>>
>>36479621
Bread and cheese on a cut is unnecessary hardmode. My breakfast is a few hard-boiled eggs, some fruit with joghurt and a few oats. Around 700 kcal and 50 g of protein and I can go until dinner with that.
>>
>>36479593
OP here,
after I opened this thread I had some oats. boiled them in water then mixed in a scoop of whey. was easy to make, very filling, and has pretty good macros. is having whey instead of 'real food' for breakfast every day a bad idea? the rest of my nutrition is good.
>>
>>36479593
breakfast makes you hungry
>>
>>36479659
i've tried breakfasts like yours, it just doesn't satisfy me long enough, I need a lot of fat in the morning, plus I want 50-60g a day, so I cover it in the morning
my macros for breakfast are
kcal 577 prot 35,5 carbs 35 fat 31

>>36479677
if it works for you, it's fine. did that for a while, but i got hungry really fast because of the low fat

Eggs with sausage/ham/not-shitty-bacon
>>
I usually skip it but sometimes eat breakfast on weekends, 80g oats and 240ml milk, 450kcal and it's a nice split with 58,5g carbs, 14g fat and 19g protein. If I feel like that wasn't enough I'll eat a can of tuna or sardines on top of that.
>>
I do turkey sausage and Greek yogurt. 210cal.
>>
Hard boiled eggs (2), banana, yogurt, and coffee. Everyday
>>
>>36479593
ec stack and a half gallon of water
>>
180cal Cup of 2% cottage cheese
23cal 40g of blue berries

203 cal
16 carb
5 fat
24 protein
>>
My go to breakfast is:
>2 slices whole wheat toast
> 1/2 an avocado on top
> a little crushed red pepper
> 4 scrambled egg whites
> 1/2 c berries
> coffee

Its a lot of food for about 400 kcal and honestly I can't eat much more than this, but you could adjust quantities to suit your needs.
>>
If I eat breakfast, it's a four egg scramble with 56g of mozzarella cheese and 2.5oz of chicken sausage. Otherwise I just live off of water until my protein shake at 8:30.
>>
hearty bowl of oats with 3 tablespoons of pb2 (made into a paste not mixed in with the oats as a powder) and blueberries

ranges from 360-400 calories depending on how i make the oats.

>>
>>36484854
no OP but They're like 19-24 dollars at costco for a 24 pack, thats the only place you'll get them cheaper
>>
>>36481982

>>36485878
Yeah, they're usually about $1-$1.50 each at my grocery store depending on if they're on sale or not. They don't taste very good but they're much lower in sugar than most other types of protein bars.
>>
>>36479593
Oats or weetabix. Low calorie, high fibre, good protein and filling as fuck.
>>
>>36479621

don't skip breakfast OP.

oats, mix in an egg, sautee mushrooms and onions to mix in. add whatever spices. it's like an oatmeal-omelette fusion.

protip: you don't need to use oil to cook the veggies, but i use 1/4 a teaspoon which is equivalent to 10 cals/1g fat

protip2: buy a kitchen scale or use a weed scale
>>
>>36479593
Hamsteaks (70 Cal) and 2 eggs mixed
>>
>>36479593
I got you op.

non flavored greek yogurt. I add 2 servings of powdered peanut butter (pb2) to make it not taste like shit.

I forget exactly what it equals but it something like 30-35g of protons and around 200-250 calories.

serving of greek yogurt=130
2 servings of pb2=90

Also filling. If you want you could add fruit I'm sure a banana would go well with it. i like to keep it as low calorie as possible though so I can eat those calories later in the day.

>breakfast
it's like you're trying to make it as hard as possible
>>
0,5L of 0 fat, 50% extra protine milk with 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of oat flour. ~600 cals. 1600-2100 cals left depending on how Im feeling.
>>
>>36479593
>cup of yogurt and "cereal"
>workout
>protein powder with water and cereal
>eat nothing else till dinner (8 hour fast)
>fast for 12 hours

Not having to take a lunch break helps too since I can leave work earlier.
