I'm gonna be headed on vacation in a month or so, and I wonder if you guys could give any useful tips on how to cut off a few pounds in a short amount of time? Like what foods to eat, exercises to do, etc.

When I was 16, I only ate about 500-1000 kcal a day and jogged for like 60 minutes every day. I still only lost about 5kg or so in two weeks.
Also depends on how fat you are. I was 80 kg on 174cm.
Instead of trying to lose as much weight as possible just before going to the beach or whatever try keeping a constant, healthy lifestyle.
