However, I personally believe that there's nothing more alpha than building the best family you can: smart independent pretty wife whith the one you compete for better money (The friendly type of competition) to provide to the family during the day but whom you have passionate caring love at night, supports you during hard times, makes you laugh, a great mom too.
Then have kids, to pass them your values. Don't teach them that they have to be alpha (fucking hate that word), teach them to be hungry for knowledge and fitness, to Perdue their dreams (opposed to the dude of the pic). And they will pass that hunger to their kids, you will become like a revolutionary patriarch

I feel like he's got some good stuff going in his post but it seems too much like he's kind of suggesting that it's noble to be a complete doormat and live only to serve the needs of the wife/children. There's nothing wrong with pursuing "selfish" interests if they're not interfering with your family life or putting others at a disadvantage.
