I've fucked myself up really badly. Went out for an hour to play divegrass (just dribbling, taking free kicks and the like) and now my calves are strained (got tightness in them walking over to the pitch which is a fucking paddock btw about half a km away), my Achilles' tendons feel tight and my ankles are sore.
Despite all this as well as all my free kicks being fucking shit, I stayed out there for about an hour and a half and burned 4,745 kilojoules.

My grandma is kinda like that. She is bordeline diabeetus, basically she could develop it at any point if she starts eating like crap. She's super into cooking too. Luckily it's all classic spanish dishes which are rather healthy but she did have to cut down on preparing classic sweets and fried recipes. Eats super tiny portions and is always keeping her nutrition in mind. Worse thing of all is that she's not even fat, just skinnyfat which is not unreasonable for a 70+ woman.
