I have 12 ounces of frozen salmon here i want to eat, but im really confused about calorie count.
one site says its 708
another site says its 420
and some math with the label says its 350
who do i trust?
>>37960076
its frozen (flash frozen) if that matters, and the label says its wild caught pink salmon
>>37960076
another site says 364
send help

Just trust the label. If it's pre seasoned with something or has any additional ingredients or whatever then only the label has the right answer. If it's just raw salmon then idk but 708 seems obnoxiously high.

This
It's illegal for the label to be wrong

4% fat seems fishy. What's on the label?
>>37962391
>seems fishy
>fishy
Oh you
>>37961477
>labels are allowed to be wrong by up to 10%
>that means when you're eating a 2000 calorie diet you might be consuming anywhere from 1800-2200 calories a day if you actually read the labels.
Damn
