How big of an issue is diversity in my diet?
Say for example I eat the same three healthy meals every day. e.g for breakfast brown rice and avocado and fruit, lunch fish beans brocoli fruit, dinner leafy greens, sweet potatoe, chicken. ?

probably fine
just take a multivitamin to be sure. It honestly doesn't matter much unless you're skipping something like complex carbs or fruits completely for some reason

i get that it will be fine, cause no real problems etc. But will I be missing out on any considerable/otherwise worthwhile advantage?

No. That's what I meant by fine.
It'll be fine in that regard. Health or actual damage wise is not even a concern.
If you're hitting your macros and calories, and eating mostly whole foods it's impossible to not be getting all your micronutrientS
As said, eat a multi to be 100% safe though
For your own sake please don't.
One day you wont be able to swallow a single thing on your list. Change it up while keeping approx. The same calories, proteins etc.

you'll probably end up binging at some point unless you give yourself a little bit of flexibility

Some people are crazy like that man.
I'm one of them. For 5 months I once ate the exact same meals in same quantity. It got bland after a while but super easy to track my shit since every day was the same.

I haven't had a good macro before, and for just getting into things the same meals every day sounds easier. I imagine 6months down the track I'll start incorporating different foods.

Nah that sounds good.
You'll probably need higher than normal doses of some micros though, such as (most likely) vit D, magnesium and zinc.

Never got people like this. Eating isn't enjoyable, it's something you have to do. Might as well do it in the most efficient way possible.
