It has been a week. Went to the dr and no hemorrhoid outside anus. Was told to see an specialist. I have no pain in my stomach but after squatting or taking a dumb I feel like a needle is being inserted 2inches up in my ass to my rectum wall
Could it be squats? Should I lower the weight or take a break? My form is not 100% since I increase the weight everytime but if my form suffer more than 80% then I stay on said weight until I can rep it with better form.

It can't hurt to try increasing fiber intake (from pasta or chicory root extract is best from personal experience), drinking prune juice, and elevating your feet when pooping. It could be internal hemorrhoids instead of external.

Could be colitis or something, if your blood-shit is bright red like you said, that means the blood isn't coming from the stomach otherwise it would look like coffee grounds black due to it being digested. So, that means the blood is either coming from somewhere in the lower intestine or from the anus itself, impossible to tell without testing. You should go see a specialist like your doc said. I had duodenal ulcer a few years black and shit blood for a while, and a friend of mine had colitis which is what it sounds like to me, he shit fresh blood and had ass pains like you explained, but i'm not a doctor so go see one, good luck man!

That guy wasn't me. But yeah he was fine, he basically ended up having to take some kind of steroid and another medicine idk the names of either. It was rough for him for a little while and I believe his flares up time and again but he's over it now about 2 years later.
And I'm not sure what caused it for him but he was an athletic guy who played basketball and worked out, so that's another correlation to your situation, but idk like I said I'm not a doctor.

I had the same thing OP. Went to the doctor and took blood samples and stuck a finger in my butt. He didn't feel anything out of the ordinary and I didn't hear anything about the blood work so I assume it was alright. Hasn't happened since so I guess whatever it was fixed itself. The doc never said no homo when he slipped a finger in my ass, that's the biggest worry I have about the whole thing now.
