So how close are you bros to achieving 1/2/3/4 for 1RM? I'm doing pretty good but still far away to go. These are my stats from 6 weeks ago so I hope it improves a lot and I'm not so u proportionate any more.

I had very poor form on the bench press, so that took me the longest. OHP was very easy for me, mostly because the weight is very light, but also because I've had whole weeks at work where I'd be lifting 50 kilos overhead since I was 13 years old.
Squat and deadlift were just matters of needing to try harder.

those percentages shows your muscle balance and that is why the website is called SYMMETRICstrength
You even get to see your symmetry score and the closer it is to 100 points the more symmetric your strength/muscles are.
