Depends if you're at a comic con vs anime con, or California con vs elsewhere.
Comic cons attendees are on average like 10 years older than anime attendees. Certain cons like Dragon*con (18+) is more like avg of 20 years older than avg anime con goer, so you'll get more fit guys.
California is a hub for bodybuilding and powerlifting, though. They're still the vast minority, but there'll be a lot of them wandering around.
Outside of Cali at an average anime con however, there's very few of us.
I'll see a good handful of guys that look 120-140 lbs wet with 6-packs that act like hot shit. In all, there's like 1 actually jacked dude per 1,000 attendees.
Like Sakuracon in Seattle with ~20,000 people, I only ever see the same 4-8 fit guys every year.
All that said, fit guys are definitely starting to become more common.

That's when they're really hitting their stride and will get everyone's attention.
There's also been a rise of normies who've started attending cons and treat it like a bar as a prime place to pick up chicks in recent years, so people've started getting on guard about that kind of thing as the community expands and gets more attention from the general public.
