If you have hormonal issues or high body fat you can develop pre diabetes/insulin resistance. I was at my lowest weight last year (borderline underweight/underweight in the morning) an my blood sugar was fairly high, I didn't drink soda for the last 2-3 years, and I was on a caloric deficit.
Anyways I bulked after that. Now I'm like 10lbs heavier but my blood sugar is kind of low kek
Bad, bruh. You need to stop eating and DRINKING processed sugars and unhealthy carbs. No more soda, candy, cake, sweetrolls, fruit juice, sugary snacks, sauces/marinades/dips with added sugars, cookies, energy drinks, chips, crackers, pretzels, white bread, giant bowls of noodles, etc.
Your best bet would be following a low carb low sugar diet from now on. You don't have to go strict keto or paleo, but up the real whole fresh foods and cut the processed byproduct crap.
My best friend is type 1 and does everything he can to manage his symptoms. Eats right and exercises. He'll still die young. Count your blessings fat boy and put down the fucking pop tarts. You fucking people make me sick. You can actually beat it but you don't. You deserve it.
