I am obese at 350 pounds any the online calorie calculater put my at 4k with my current 5 day a week gym. I know the standard us to cut or bulk by 500 cals but is it feasible for a person if my size to cut more quickly with less negative effects? For instance I'm tempted to cut with 3k instead.

I'd say cut as much as you can sustain consistently. It doesn't matter if you starve for a day if you go back to eating like a fucking pig. I personally kept the most motivation when I could see my weight going down each week. At 350lbs it will be easy as fuck to see the progress. You don't need advanced methods when focusing on the basics makes losing weight so much easier. Just lift regularly, walk an hour a day, and eat like a normal fucking human being and you will lose weight. Unless you're too much of a pussy to stick to that

stop thinking you are different or unique. eat at a deficit of 500 and see if you can even do that, my bet is you can't and my proof is the extra 150 pounds of fat you are carrying around every day.

You could do 2000 calories a day without any problems. Get 1 gram of protein per pound of your GOAL bodyweight. Assume you burn a negligible amount of calories from exercise, to avoid overestimation of calories burned. Only keep healthy food around the house if possible. What do you know how to cook?

Right now I eat 4 waffles dry, three Greek yogurt 4 eggs with 2 toast a cliff bar two scoops protien and that equals 2k I get a little lethargic after 5 days of lifting on that but I can stick too it. I'm just worried I'll fuck up my metabolism or create some unhealthy roadblock down the road. I feel perfectly sated off of just the items above and will probably add cheese or use milk with protien powder if I were to up cals

Does anyone know of an exercise bike that can support the weight of OP but isn't built for long time gym use so it cost under 500 dollars?

I'm around that weight and I've been looking at recumbent bikes but all the ones I see are limited at 300 pounds. I thought about just ordering one anyway and trying my luck since I hear they're built much stronger than what they put on the labels but I wasn't sure.

I once crash dieted from 280 to 240 in a short time by doing 1250 for a bit. After that some drama happened got depressed and anxiety as fuck and stopped caring about my life and did whatever I wanted, fast forward three years and I'm at 350 I don't feel like u look much different than 280 so I was surprised to see that

I'm worried that I might have fucked myself up going that low

From the looks of the stomach hang I'll probably never get the six pack ab look due to a life time of loose skin but I just want to be the best I can
