Used to be able to run marathons but I haven't done cardio in a couple of years so I can only go bout 5 miles without stopping now.

I did cross-country in high school and could never even break 20 minutes, but I could run 15+ miles with almost no difficulty, did a couple marathons even.

Break 20 min at what distance? If 3 miles that's extremely good. Anything sub 7 minutes is damn good

I once ran a sub-5hr marathon.
it was shortly after doing a 112 mile bike ride
which was shortly after doing a 2.4 mile open water swim.

Just ran 16k at a steady 5min/k pace, i usually run at a 4:30 pace but still happy

Length of my block before i gas out. At like 3 or 4 mph.

About 10 miles at about 6:45-6:50 pace. That was last year at some race after only running 6 miles each week for about two months. The only thing was i ran the 3 mile runs twice a week balls to the wall at like ~5:50 pace each time.
