I found out I have scoliosis this year. Explains why one side of my back is more muscular than the other, explains why one side of my body takes all my gains. Been doing a lot more single arm stuff now. Switched from conventional to sumo deadlift, lowered the weight, and practiced getting a bit lower. Switched from back squats to front squats. Although Idk how bad you have it, minor adjustments can help.

I'm trying to eat a few carbs as possible along with walking/jogging everyday twice a day.
Breakfast is usually an egg or two with some sausage
Lunch is either chicken, turkey or ham sandwich with no bread
Dinner is chicken, pork or some lean beef always with spinach or salad (no dressing or croutons) and some raw vegs
Snacks are 2 oz of beef jerky or a cheese stick or some peanuts in between meals
Also about 25 cups of water a day
I feel fine during the day as long as I keep busy.
