I'm a six foot native guy, I have a pretty strong jawline and big cheekbones (typical native facial structure IMO), I'm not really that big at 180lbs, but I try to keep good posture, have thick eyebrows, and try to keep my face stoic, have been told I'm intimidating by both men and women.

I view intimidation less of being scared and more of an instinct to be wary. There's 2 kinds of intimidation:
1) When you first see a guy you get the unconscious thought of something like "Watch out for him". Can be because he's big, tall, aggressive looking, whatever. It's a human instinct for you to be wary, and it's 100% about appearances
Everyone does this in their daily life whether they know it or not. The second kind depends on how he behaves when you interact with him:
2) If he exudes true confidence in himself, that's intimidating. But if he doesn't or instead gives off fake-confidence you'll realize his appearance is a facade. It's a mask he's using to give off that initial spark of waryness inside of you, and immediately you'll stop being wary because his behavior shows him for what he really is.
This is taken from my own experience of first being a "big guy" powerlifter (not roid-head big but #'s way above normie guys, 150kg/210kg/235kg Bench/Squat/Dead, give or take 2.5kg), and then stopping powerlifting and training Boxing/MMA for years. The boxing/MMA guys exude so much confidence regardless of their size or appearance. Even if you're bigger than them, they constantly give you a sense of waryness. Their capabilities enable them to be calm during confrontation, I imagine it's the same for men who carry guns as well.

1. grow some facial hair. a beard preferably, but scruff works just as well.
2. get at least somewhat big while still being somewhat lean. the goal is to have your jaw muscles be visible if you clench them.
3. clench jaw muscles for no reason whatsoever. makes you seem pissed off and ready to lash out on something or someone.
4. wear a trench coat whenever possible.
5. if you don't have a trench coat, wear a long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled to the elbows. you want to expose the forearms and have them be vascular. a tattoo there wouldn't hurt either, maybe just your career.
6.when waiting around, sitting or standing, stare off into space with your eyes wider than normal and one slightly wider than the other. also breath heavy when doing so. remember to clench the jaw.
7. smoke cigarettes and nothing else. if you vape then all hope is lost.
8. glare at people menacingly whenever possible. remember to stare through your eyebrows and scrunch your nose for split second.
9. scar your knuckles up a bit

For starters, unless you're rich with known evil connections, you'll never be intimidating in your current state. That, or have the look of a crazy (plenty of scars, at least 2 on face minimum, fucked up tats, wild eyes).
Otherwise, add some muscle so you look solid (don't go overboard and look like a jacked manlet, otherwise you'll never be intimidating, except maybe to women in the not so fun way). While you're doing that, pick a serious ass wooping martial art and try to get a reputation for knowing that art (don't be autistic and make that your central identity, but make it a part of your identity, like post a pic of your martial art tourny medals on facebook). Personally, for your size, I'd recommend BJJ. Knowing how to grapple will make you very unfuckwithable, and you'll be able to fuck up anyone who comes at you. Just knowing that will give you an air of confidence which in turn will give you sexual intimidation prowess and put you in the same clubs as 6'1 muscle heads.

Besides the genetic and formative physical traits you inherited or developed in adolescence, there is little you can do to change your outward appearance. It will likely not change in any significant way. If you have no jaw, a beard and a shaved head and muscles will not get you any more quality women, but they might intimidate some men.
