I'm gonna be real with you /fit/... I fucking hate squats.
Ive done 275 for working sets but I really don't give a fuck about them anymore

My other lifts have lagged far behind and I would really like a program specifically designed for increasing bench, OHP, and Rows.

Can any of you help me out here?

Bench: 205x3
Ohp: 135x2
Bent Row: 195x5
