>.HOW ABOUT VITAMINS AND MINERALS??

If you hit your macronutrients to a reasonable extent and get sufficient calories, unless you're lacking some things severely in your diet you WILL get the necessary micros you need.

furthermore most people take multivitamins which makes certain all your micros are hit.

/fit/ help me.

I'm always tired. And I feel like I do everything right. I get 7-8 hours of sleep. Eat healthy as fuck. Drink an ass load of water. And exercise regularly. All the things people say you are supposed to do if your not feeling energized.

And yet I feel at least a little tired nearly all the time. I seem to sleep fine. Getting more sleep doesn't help. But getting less sleep definitely fucks me over.

Once and a while I feel not just my usual borderline OK. But "good" and I feel like a fucking god. I want to feel like that as much as possible.
>>
>>37903737
Take a few days off of your regimen of supplements. I feel noticeably better after breaking up a supplement routine. It's worth a shot
>>
>>37903737
How long have you been working out?
How do you feel when you're working out?
>>
>>37903809

I never took any supplements for a long time. Recently starting taking fish oil, vitamin A, D3, B6, and Iron. Results are inconclusive. But surely can't have a negative effective.

>>37903926

Been working out for like 4 months now. Usually feel alright in the gym. Like last night I felt pretty good while lifting and afterwards. Came home and went to bed. Woke up this morning and felt like I was coming out of a coma.

My energy levels are usually tanked after I get done working out. Like I can't do anything the rest of the day I'm just so worn out.
>>
>>37904011
what's your diet like?
sleeping ok?
>>
>>37904047

Diets fine. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean mean, complex carbs. Little to no processed sugar, limited caffeine intake.

I sleep fine. I keep a consistent sleep schedule. Even on the weekends. I always sleep through the night. I sleep like a rock.
>>
>>37904099
when are you eating? if you're eating a huge meal an hour or two before bed it can cause waking up to feel like coming out of a food coma.
>>
>>37902404
THANK YOU!

>>37902432
Wrong. The whole anthem of the IIFYM shit heads is that you can eat whatever the fuck you want. This absolutely is not conducive to nutrient density at all. There are plenty of ways to get all of my macros and not touch some micros for days at a time.
>>
>>37904141

Breakfast is usually something like oatmeal, wheat bread with peanut butter, greek yogurt.

Lunch is usually pretty similar. Yogurt, bagel with peanut butter, maybe a few bananas,

Dinner is generally chicken breast, brown rice and beans, lean beef and vegetables, broccoli, carrots, corn, spinach, kale, red peppers, stuff like that.

This is eating at like 2400 calories a day.

WHY DO YOU GUYS NEVER DISCUSS PHYTOCHEMICALS??

ALL THIS TALK ABOUT CALORIES IN/OUT AND MACROS AND MICROS (VITAMINS AND MINERALS) ...HOW ABOUT PHYTOCHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OF WHICH IN A SINGLE STRAWBERRY THERE ARE OVER 700 DIFFERENT KINDS AND WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE FUCK THEY ALL DO?
>>
>>37904275
yeah but when? at 11 PM or 7PM etc
>>
>>37904519

During the week I'm in bed at 9pm. Up at 5pm for work. During the weekend I'm in bed at 10 and up at 7.
>>
>>37904153
Eating IIFYM implies that people get some reasonable amount of fruits and veggies, just that it doesn't really need to be tracked. Unless you're eating super weird, like McNuggets for every single meal, you are going to get enough micronutrients in your diet.
>>
>>37902404
>only mineral men have to worry about getting enough is zinc
>a serving of wheat bran and pumpkin seeds in addition to most proteins will meet that DA

>>
>>37904878

The case here is clear. Eat your vegetables and fruits, don't fall for the supplement meme Jewry.
>>
>>37902404
because you have to be retarted to not be able to hit your micronutrients
Take 1 a-z vitamin pill daily and eat 2 ounces of veggies and some meat daily and you're pretty much there
>>
>>37905339
Something Voltrob. Search wolfgirl on youtube.

>implying i have to even think about micro-nutrients at this point
fuck off this is pretty basic shit man. take your supps and don't eat garbage and you're good

How the FUCK am I supposed to get that much potassium? I hit my macros and eat only clean foods, yet I'm lagging behind that much.
>>
>>37904689
Because calcium is a meme? Especialy considering we eat like 3000ui of vit D3 per day with supplements we need massive calcium intake and now that diary is considered satan a lot of people could use calcium...

Same for magnesium, zinc, selenium, ...
>>
>>37902474

this

those multivitamins feel like they do jackshit and might not even be recruitable to a certain % of their value. Personal experience just made me feel like shit and dehydrated alongside a regular diet.
>>
>>37904878
Even if photoshopped. Thats pretty cool photo. Got more ?
>>
>>37903737
1. Stop masturbating
2.Last big meal of the day should be ~3 hours before hitting the sack
3. Prep a snack before going to bed, eat it when alarm clock wakes you up. Stomach gets something to digest which wakes up your body. This is how you regulate your biological clock and tell you body "need to be ready at this time erry day". Takes ~2 weeks to kick in. Should be more awake when alarm hits off.
4. Do some cardio so your heart gets dem gainz as well
5. If nothing from above helps, go see a doctor. Could be parasites, tapeworm for example.
>>
>>37904878
Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Brussel Sprouts
Bananas
Oats

I eat those.
