I didn't do it because I thought it would steal my gains but now I feel like it's holding me back in training.

I hate cardio desu

some anon posted a study done the other day that showed those who did cardio witnessed noticeable increase in strength, and slight decrease in muscle size.
so pick what matters more to you. lifting more or looking a bit bigger.

You lift more to look big so the latter is more important, that being said if you are ripped as fuck and cant get up the stairs without wheezing thats retarded.
Meh, I'm in the gym lifting weights for 2 hours a day. I'm always drenched in sweat by the end of my workouts. I count lifting weights as cardio.

This is actually very true, as readers will know if they ever wear a heart rate monitor for a heavy session.
Yes. In fact, it's what I mostly do. My days are as such:
>Monday and Tuesday: Rest days
>Wednesday: Leg day--run 3 miles, 10 hill sprints, squats, box jumps, and deadlifts
>Thursday: Upper body day #1
>Friday: run 6 miles
>Saturday: Long run: 7-20 miles
>Sunday: Upper body day #2

My heart rate actually goes down after lifting
Is this normal?
>not getting strength and cardio gains at the same time with loaded carries
