if you don't mind doing amrap sets, you can run the first 5 weeks of candito's 6 week, deload, and redo it with estimated 1rm based on the amraps.
if you are more advanced you can do a similar thing for PH3 (this is how the program is designed) for like 12 weeks. you could end each cycle with some arbitrary weight for an 8 or 9 rpe, then use the RPE chart to find out what % that is, and use that to find an estimated 1rm

or you could get better at 1rming

Ive never really ran before in my life and I realize how important having a certain level of aerobic conditioning is. Im trying hard but I dont really know how hard is too hard. I can tell what overdoing it is when lifting, but not cardio. I just want to be able to move my legs fast for more than a minute and a half at a time.

Ok so here's my scheme.

I'm gonna run EOD, increasing distance gradually until I hit about 4-5miles (so more than 5k but not super long distance). During the runs I jog at a decent pace for as long as I can. When I cant, I walk until my heart rate starts to go down, at which point I begin running again (so my heartrate stays 130-180 running or not).

Is this reasonable? Its kinda like c25k but Im not bringing my phone to use as a fucking stopwatch when Im trying to jog thats so silly.

Anyway Im just gonna gradually increase distance to about 4-5miles (the distance of the end of the neighborhood and back), and alternate slow jogging until I feel like.my lungs will die, and walking until my heartrate starts going down again. C25k schema may be great but theres no way Im using my phone to time myself while I do all this. Way too annoying.

Probably gonna do this 4-5 times a week cause I want it real bad. How do I know Im going to hard on the cardio thing? What signs to look for? Is there no going too hard?

Mine was in 3 parts.

Part one I was in this like under ground china town where everything was dark with mostly blue lighting. Very busy and there was a train station there. Something like a sci-fi film.

Part 2 was short, I was in a popular food shop and I managed to convince people to all walk out carrying items and not pay, and this caused a massive scene in which everybody was watching.

That's all I remember of that

Then Somehow there was a section about some guy (me") learning to play music by solving intense maths questions, but the teacher got fed up and asked the student to play a song and it was so beautiful everyone started crying.

Then somehow it lead to a long room, with a platform and train tracks. It was like a video game because there were transition effects when you entered a different room. The train was to pick up all of us. The train was an alien train and I don't know what they wanted us for.
I made a joke to my friend at the platform saying that the train played a sad song when arriving, and then as it arrived I played that song I heard earlier on a music player.
