Anyone on candito's 6 week program?

I like c6w and I've made really good gains on it, but there's something I don't like. The program starts with 2 weeks of 6-10 reps, which is good, but then it feels like it just rushes in to peaking so damn fast. 2 sessions of 4-6 reps, then 2 sessions 1-3 reps. Feels like I'm not getting enough 4-6 rep sets where strength is supposedly built.

Also what's the fotm program on plg atm? Still sheiko? Haven't been here much lately.

Basically changed my deadlift stance and something fucked up. 2 months ago (I think) I made it 1000x worse when squatting.

Now I can not support any load when my hips are in a hinged position. Such as a low bar squat or good morning.
Granted I can hinge deadlifts because there is no bar on my spine.

The fact that you're feeling it all down your legs means the sciatic is involved somehow. Who have you gone to see about it (i.e. physio, doctor, etc). For now, try stretching your piriformis and rolling your glutes, see if that does anything to help with the sciatic pain. Sounds like a disc issue though. Not the end of the world, but you might need to take some time off.

Did 4x5 squats instead of 5x5 as to not aggravate it and also lowered my DL volume.

It's not painful, but I don't feel stable when racking and unracking the bar. It's like a small stingy sensation when racking and unracking.

I believe that the sole fact that I arch my lower back causes it.
It's the same feeling I get when sitting long. If you think about it, when I sit with a APT condition, my weight basically pushes into that lower back arch, which surely causes some ugly pressure for my L3-4 nodes there.

And that area generally is fucked up for me. Then when I bench I again put pressure into it and viola, if feels shitty.
