Diet is mostly bro foods. Chicken eggs, beans, oatmeal, banannas, peanut butter, milk. No wheat or pasta

Monday: Chest/Biceps

4 sets of Incline Dumbbell Press, 8-15 reps
3 sets of Bench Press, 8-10 reps
3 sets of Incline Flies, 8-10 reps
3 sets of Chest Dips until failure
3 sets of Barbell Curls, 8-10 reps
3 sets of Preacher Curls, 8-10 reps, then drop the weight to half, and push out another 8
Tuesday: Legs/Calves

4 sets of front Squats 8-10 reps
3 sets of Leg Press 8-20 reps
3 sets of Leg Extensions till failure
3 sets of Leg Curls 8-15reps
Calves are self explanatory, just use some of the machines till failure, a lot of reps, feel the burn.

Wednesday: Back

3 sets of Lat Pulldowns 8-10 reps
4 sets of Deadlifts 8 reps
3 sets of long bar Rows 8-15reps
3 sets of barbell Rows 8-10 reps
3 sets of Hyperextensions 8-10 reps
Thursday: Shoulders/Triceps

4 sets of Shoulder Press, alternate with Barbell & Dumbell every week 8-15 reps
(3 sets of bench, at least half of Monday's reps. Done before shoulder press)
3 sets of Upright Rows supersetted with Lateral Raises 8-15 reps
3 sets of front raises 8-15reps
3 sets of Lying Rear Delt Raises 8-10 reps
3 sets of Close-Grip Bench Press 8-15 reps
4 sets of Pulldowns 8-15reps
3 sets of Skullcrushers 8-15 reps
Saturday: Full Body (strength)

3 sets of Deadlifts 8 reps
3 sets of Squats 8 reps
3 sets of Leg extensions 10-15 reps (light weight)
3 sets of Weighted Pull ups 8-10 reps
I followed this while bulking. Focus on compounds and try to add 2 reps to each accessory exercise each session until you can do 15 reps with that weight. Next session, increase the weight and drop the reps back down to 8
Lower the volume if you're cutting. You might have to adjust the volume to what you can handle too if you're bulking. (Compound reps/2 and adjust accessories to your preferences)That's like the sweet spot for me

a banana
Handfull of blueberries
Milk ( Sometimes skimmed milk or light milk// low fat milk
Glass of milk to drink it away
1 Fish oil pill

Protein bar as a snack

Lunch
6A8 slices of bread with meat or cheese on it, layered with butter or it becomes to dry IMO.
Meat is usually chickenslices or ham, Sometimes Chickenkerrie

Luch:
Sometimes protein bar and protein shake, Nutricia ( Google it ) 303 kcal

Supper:
Depending on what we eat at home.
I live in the Netherlands so it rather basic
One portion of meat ( Sometimes two cause fit)
Potatoes
vegetable

Pre workout, and banana

After working out, protein shake, with two scoops and milk

Before I go to bed, 500 gram of greek Yoghurt with honey.

I also eat eggs during midday


Currently

I wake up at around 10 in the moring and jsut wait for Lunch
A couiple of slices bread with meat or cheese and two boiled eggs and milk.
Sometimes I do wake up early and eat my usuall breakfast.
I tend to eat less during these days so I you can remove one protein bar r Nutricia

I have been planning on getting a decent diet with some actual thought behind it but I never manage to get up and actual do it. I guess my lack of knowlegde is what is stopping me.

I am asking if anyone knows any tips on how to cut from around 16% to 12% but WITHOUT losing strength. It took me a long time to get a 230kg deadlift at 81kg bodyweight and I don't want to lose it.

Help, I am going full panic mode. First month I started working out with retarded routine that my friend had that was all isolations and machines 3 days one rest but I've read /fit/ sticky and started dieting, -20% of TDEE. Was 102 kg got down to 89 in a month and a week or so, but I had basically zero gains first month so for the second month I started doing SS.

SS two weeks is first pic, today is end of my first month of SS and I am still seeing no gains other than my legs growing significantly to what they were before and I am not sure if I like that with rest of my body looking like total shit. I get stuck with OHP every other workout and have to fucking stay on same weights for two workouts and I am stuck on horrible 37 kg currently, relatively same goes for bench press, on the other side I am DL and Squat is 57 and 55.
I am also doing some isolation work on arms but it's invisible basically, was doing machines but my left arm started fucking up and is two times smaller than my right and after /fit/'s suggestion I started using free weights for isolation work too.
Worst thing is that I am 92 kg and I am pretty fucking sure I didn't gain 3 kg of fucking muscle.

Why am I fucking up so hard? My dad was a Rugby player and had a 10/10 body back in ye olde times, what am I doing wrong? Should I just drop cutting because it doesn't seem to be working that much either and just go full clean bulk mode or something?

But yeah the thing that I fear the most is that Bench Press and especially OHP are going really hard for me and my yesterday I realized that my left hand literally can't do 70% of the lifts that my right can. I am fucked up.

Dude, at 90 kg you should have started with 60kg squat and dl, my gf is half your size and she started with 30kg squat and 40kg dl. I've seen cases like that, guys are like not working up to their potential, as soon as lifting requires a little bit of effort they decide its to heavy and decrease. Grow some balls and start hitting it hard, work up to the weight that really makes you sweat. Its impossible to work with such small weights, you're just pussying out, once you start lifting real weight gains will come.

I did not pussy out in any way, I did what the /fit/ sticky told me on the first day and measured at what weight to start.
I might be able to do 60kg squat and dl now but there is no way I would be able to do it at the start of my training.
As for OHP and bench press I swear my joints start snapping and hurting despite me keeping as much of a good form as possible and having a friend check it while I am doing it, I am genuenly having a hard time doing OHP especially.
There is something to note that I did have problems with my joints as a kid but I don't think this is what's fucking me up right now.
I never had any special physical training, just always was a big skinnyfat faggot.

I will jump to 60kg with my dl and squat and will increase my ohp and bench more but I honestly mean it when I say that I am having troubles with the third set at the current weight, hence why I think that my current diet might be fucking me up...even though I am not losing as much weight as I should be in that case.

Anyway, if you have any other advice other than increasing weight which I will do, I would be thankful.

Started cycling protein sparring modified fasts on January 10th.

but sometimes in between sets while I'm isolating, I like to do stuff like knees to chest and hanging leg raises. Ab wheel if you can manage it. I do that maybe twice a week, 2-3 sets of 12-15 of each exercise. The ab wheel strains my elbow lately though so I've dropped it for now.

But it's mostly the big 4, genetics and bf%.
