Alright, fatass /k/ommando in for a visit, want to ask a question.
>Start weight 400lbs
>Decide to lose weight for operating purposes
>Go on pretty drastic diet, 2000 cal/day, 30/30/40 carbs/fat/protein ratio
>20 days in, constant diarrhea, very watery.
Can someone explain to me what's going on? Also it should be noted that I have cut out all sugar in my drinks. My only hypothesis is that between sweeteners and coffee I am giving myself the diarrhea.
Any thoughts?

It most likely is the sweeteners, they can wreck your shot
>>37884574
Coffee is a natural laxative
>>37884574
Its probably a combination of the sweetener, coffee, and drastic change in diet. I've been on an extreme cut (partly unintentional I just have a really shitty eating habit) and I still get pure liquid shits sometime. It also depends on what you're eating and how much fiber you're getting as well.
Eat more fiber and space water and protein throughout the day. Also your body could just be adjusting. I had poo like yoo every day for a month before it stopped

Too many sweeteners can cause diahrrea.
Although i think the cause lies somewhere else.
Raw vegetables can be VERY harsh on your stomach. For an example, i cant eat raw cabbage without getting the watery diahrre. So try to cook your veggies a bit more, it might help

Should I get a mini 14? They just look so cool with wood stocks

That's the conclusion I'm coming to.

Noted. Thank you.

Sorry I don't know the rules of /fit/ pissing contests, please ignore the "drastic"

mini14 is way over priced for what it is
you're better off getting an AR15

If your really sold on a mini 14, there's an infographic depicting what to look for floating around /k/, just fire up a thread and ask for it.

I didn't think $630 was that bad for a .233 rifle desu. What else can I get new with a wood stock for the price?
>>37884574
you are not a commando if you are at 400 pounds mate.
>drastic diet
>2000kcal a day
THIS IS WHAT FATASSES ACTUALLY BELIEVE
>>37884574
Try eating more fiber. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and beans.
Depending on how much coffee you're drinking, that might be doing it too. It's an appetite suppressant so it's good for weight loss, but it's also a natural laxative. So if you're drinking many cups a day, that is quite possibly the problem.
>>37884972
If you're really set on wood then go for a mini14
But for ~$600 you can get an AR15 which is honestly much better
You can get wood furniture for AR15s but its a little pricey

It's totally normal for a regular person, but it's pretty drastic for OP. According to a calorie calculator, if he's totally sedentary he probably burns about 3350 calories a day, give or take depending on how tall he is. That's a 1350 calorie deficit he's on.
>>37884574
40% Protein seems really high to me, but have not really researched on diet. Can anyone confirm/unconfirm this?
As far as I know, your body cannot take too many proteins.

1350 isn't that much if you're obese. A healthy cut for a normal bf range is 1000 deficit, a 500 deficit for low bf% is also sustainable.
Your body will burn almost entirely fat if you're 400 lb you can have a bigger deficit than 1.3k.
