Yes if it's more than 10, desu bro 10 is weak. Try starting on 25 and do it 3-4 times a day, and increase the amount over time.

this, 5-10 is a negligible amount, do 5 sets a day with 2 minute reste in between and then take it from there, incorporate more bodyweight exercises, join a gym eventually

Cardio-fag here. I do at least 100 pushups every day. You wouldn't know if I didn't tell you. And I wouldn't tell you, because I never tell normies irl about my sweating hobby.
you won't make any gains without progressive overload. once you can do like 30 pushups pretty easily, start doing weighted pushups or learning more difficult variations
I did 200 pushups a day for a month or two without doing any other exercise whatsoever when I was 16-17.
My pecs got bigger but they always were kinda noticeable even when I'd do nothing.
I also noticed my triceps became bigger and my shoulders looked a tad wider.
Top 4 abs became a bit more visible too.
That's about it. If you combine it with some ab exercise and buy some dumbbells,
you might be able to pull of the "naturally athletic dude who doesn't go to the gym but still looks kinda toned" look.
