I'm working my cardio back up with C25K (did my first one tonight), and will get my strength back up with SS.
My question is will I be alright running SS as well as C25K (assuming I eat enough)?
ie.
Mon - SS, C25K
Tue - C25K
Wed- SS, C25K
etc
