I would say so. Lets say you lose 2lb a week. Thats 12 weeks to lose 24lb or 2stone. He already looks like he has muscle

You can tell he has pecs in his before hand, there's no way does someone with 20-30lbs extra have that much moobs then nothing after, and no one has square moobs.
