Assuming you front squat and squat high bar, you'll find your foot position more stable than in other shoes (though maybe not 200 dollars worth of stability, imo) and you'll be able to go down with a far more agreeable back angle.
Of course, if none of that is a problem for you, then you're paying 200 to look like a serious lifter. Which, well, that's a plus in my book.

Hokas are literally the worst gym shoes you could find. They're a maximalistic running shoes, meaning that they have more foam than pretty much any shoe on the market. Foam collapses under pressure and can fuck with your form during any standing exercise. Also, the insane stack height will turn all of your deadlifts into deficit pulls.
I've never used Hokas (not my thing), but I imagine the meta-rocker design would make squat, deadlifts, rows, and OHP painfully unstable.
