Too short is under 6'0".
Too tall is where it becomes uncomfortable in your daily life, whatever that is (7', perhaps).

that's true, but "too tall" is still a thing, it's just not as bad as "too short."
if I had to pick between 6'3'' and 6'8'', I would pick 6'3'' without even having to think about it.
