also dont stress it, my are only 12 inches and i barely dl 100kg. doesnt really have to do with dl, i do lots of pullups and pushups aswell.

This, I also found very heavy neutral grip rows (to the point where my ROM was pretty shit) also added quite a bit of meat to my forearm/brachialis. Still got skinny wrists but people have commented on my forearms being big a couple of times
