Last time I was able to complete two sets of 8 with 45lbs, but only got to six on the final set.

It's been hard going. I was worried this wasn't very good, but it seems it's not too bad according to this thread.

I weigh 220lbs with 18% body fat, for reference.

Today I did 7-8 reps of 12.5 kg. I'm dyel lifting for few weeks and I'm scared of bicep curls. It's a bit embarassing when my left hand passes out but I can still curl with my right hand tee-hee.

I do 5x5 preacher curls at 65 pounds. Then decline curls at 30x10
Then hammer curls 30x10
I add more and more weight to the preacher curl, I let my other curls stay the same until I've comfortably progressed up.

mix it up for variety. but for progression lift a weight you can only do 5 reps of then when you can do a couple sets of that weight at 10 or more reps move onto a higher weight (i.e. start at 5 reps again)
