All these barriers are in your head, if you don't face the harsh reality of being obese and the effects it has on your health, you'll never get fit and healthy. It's a fucking long hard road to get there, and that's why it needs more than cuddles and motivational pictures from imgur, the inconvenient truth is that until you have that "I will" attitude, you need somebody else to have it for you.
