is my back fucked, /fit/?
I have lower back pain and my doctor said he suspects I have a Spinal Inflammatory Disorder. but the specialist will not see me before 8 months. is there something that's visible here?

Waiting 8 months for a specialist? Never going to make it lad

>specialist will not see me before 8 months
You're doomed.
Have you been sitting a lot lately? If so, work on your flexibility around your hip joint (quads, hammies, glutes, groin) and a lot of the pain should improve.
I was studying intensely for a few months, and though I was going to the gym every day, I was also sitting for hours a day. I had really bad lower back pain and was ambulating like an old person until I started doing stretches around the hip joint, at which point the pain mostly resolved.

I'll try to see a physio therapist in the meantime

I do a lot of stretches already. if it's an inflammatory spinal disorder they are not going to help

Obviously not if it's inflammatory, but there's nothing obvious from the X-Ray to indicate that; no bone spurs, joint deformities, or evidence of cartilage wear that I can see from a quick glance. Do you know of any bloodwork or anything that is driving the doctor's suspicion of an inflammatory disorder (elevated CRP, for example)? Can you describe your lower back pain (onset (sudden, gradual, etc), quality (sharp, throbbing, achy), how long you've had it, what aggravates it, what makes it better, etc)?

it's funny that you mention bloodwork because the doctor said that's what one thing the specialist would check, unfortunately that's in 8 months.
my symptoms are a gradual lower back pain that worsens the longer I am standing up. if, for example, I walk for 30 mins it becomes bad enough that I want to stop. the symptoms are always worse in the morning and in the first half of the day. it's more achy than throbbing. sort of a numbing stiffness. it's always in the same spot, right above the sacrum. it does NOT reaches out down to my butt and legs. apart from the obvious increase in symptoms when I am standing up, they seem to appear (and sometimes disappear) at complete random, which is frustrating. I haven't notice that it's better or worse with certain exercises added or removed from my routine. I've went an entire month with no work out and the symptoms didn't decrease. I've had those general symptoms for close to 3 years and they seem to be getting ever slightly worse every year. I feel no pain at all when I am lying down on my side or back.
another recurring point is that I feel the pain when performing any kind of core workout. in planks for example, even though I am careful of my form my lower backs limits me before my abs do.
Look up reflexive core activation and the 'dead bug' in particular.

>Coming to fit to have your x-rays analyzed
Are you fucking retarded dude?

this is part of my problem. how do I work my core when my core work outs are always limited by my lower back?
