Depends on background/build/etc. If you played contact sports your whole life you can probably bench significantly more. If, on the other hand, you're auschwitz like most of fit, you might do less.

Use that as motivation. I started fatassfat and beched the same 40kg for reps, even the skellys of the gym outbenched me then, now I can rep 140kg for 3, bitches be wet.
