Hey /fit/, poorfag here.
New to lifting and a hungry skellington. Any suggestions on cheap calorie dense foods. Anything affordable that preferably doesn't taste awful.

On a side note, I'm planning vacations with a friend (no homo). We rented a house, and I'll pack up my scale and cook mostly of what I'll eat, but it will be my first time trying to maitain a very strict diet while on vacation, any suggestions/ideas/tips?

I've tried the avocado salad, cauliflower & chickpea, cheese & spinach chicken, tunaloaf and the potato & bell pepper hash. They're all amazing and cheap, especially the cauliflower & chickpea.

buy a cook book. got chicken for the night or whatever. just a bunch of chicken recipes. made some paella for the week. shits delicious
