I've heard a lot of it (this is coming from a dude that has little experience in this realm) that a lot of it is gonna be based on a warm approach.
Like, you gotta see the chick on a regular basis at the gym. So, if sh only goes in the morning and you really wanna pound that ass you gotta make it a point to only go in the morning as well.

Don't know if this applies to anglo autists, but if you always go at the same time every day, and don't listen to music like an idiot, you'll make a lot of gymbros, and after she sees you entering the gym and saying hello to everyone (emphasize on being on good terms with everyone) you'll start having small chat each day, like "hi, rough day hu" she will surely answer cause everyone is in good mood at the gym. To that point i can help, then it's all on you
I'm no Casanova OP, because I have non-existent tolerance for attention seeking behaviour, which is all you get with women in a social setting that's based on alcohol, like bars/clubs, house parties and the like.
Unfortunately that's where you meet women most commonly, so work on getting a better social life I guess, rather than making just women the goal of your pursuits, concentrate on expanding your social circle to include people who work out and such, then naturally you will end up meeting more /fit/ birds.
I'm currently working on being less hostile towards women without being a beta orbiter who fuels the ego's of attention seeking whores, but it's rough.
