But I'm not doing a full body workout every day. Can't I do chest/Tris day 1, bicep/back day 2, legs day 3, then request without rest? The muscles are resting on the days I don't work them aren't they?

I do 1 hour and 40 mins cycling at 25km/h.
I don't really care about building muscle for now as I'm trying to lower my BF% so I haven't really looked into it

Cardio will never fuck up your gains period. thats a meme. You do have o compensate by eating more if you are trying to build muscle but if your trying to lose fat you really cant go wrong with cardio

No. It is the rest that gains muscle.

No. Cardio will improve your gains by increasing efficency of the blood being pumped increasing bloodflow to you muscles. More bloodflow = more nutrients to heal the muscle = better gains. Just don't overdo it.
