Fuck all that noise. Deadlift is the most functional and real world translation of the three powerlifts. Strongman training would benefit more skinnyfags faster and is more functional. Everyone is worried about the number and wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too many people compromise form for "gains" on the bar.

Well, considering I can't invert my foot at all and my dorsiflexion and plantarflexion are about 25% that of the average person, I think it's an issue. I've used hack squats with feet forward and leg presses for years now, like I said in another post I just started doing actual squats. For a personal trainer you sure do come off as an assuming jackass.
