I enjoy it.
I sometimes look at my goal body folder and realise that they didn't get this body from working out only 2 times a week or sitting in front of the computer, and it's way better doing at least 10 minutes of sport a day then just sitting in my room.
If I have time to sit around I have time to work out! And I will never reach my goal if I spend my time chilling

I don't have the motivation to work out. I used to have motivation, but now all I have is a cold/dead machine-like rictus of preprogrammed behavior that involves working out. It's all for something, and I just have to literally run the clock out until I get there. Now go kill yourself.
