Anything but processed foods and beverages: it's very clean. I don't count calories; I only count protein. I eat a shit ton of fish and nuts, anyways. I eat this about 5 days per week. Costs about $5 per day.

If I add spinach, and sub beef for chicken, it hits 100% of the RDA in all nutrient categories, except vitamin D. But, I supplement fish oil and vitamin D, so I feel like I'm eating a near optimal diet, even though I'm eating the same meals for most of the week.

It used to be buffalo burgers (really low cal), beef jerky, and peaches every day.

Nowadays it's all chicken because the buffalo manufacturing center got burned down :(

I was 152kg, in the last 16 months I lost 55kg of weight while gaining some muscle. 3300 is where my TDEE is now (based on how much I eat and how much fat I loose on monthly basis). It is consistent with the amount of bf I measure with calipers (16%) and a TDEE calculator. I have no explanation beyond that.

Breakfast: oats, milk and a bit of dark chocolate with honey/maple syrup

Mid-morning and afternoon: 2 poached eggs on whole wheat toast with cottage cheese or a turkey/chicken with tomato sandwich or a handful nuts.

Lunch: chicken breasts, 1egg and 2 egg whites omelette, cottage cheese and tomato.

Dinner: Prepackaged salad, grilled fresh cheese or a chiken/turkey sandwich.

I also eat about 3/4 of a whole wheat baggette (sandwiches and lunch) and like 3-4 pieces of fruit every day.

I barely eat veggies/fish but I've been steadily losing fat and gaining muscle since January so I'll keep on it.

i live at home right now with my parents and my mom makes too much fucking food bruh.
